The customer is solely responsible for the declaration and payment of import VAT when clearing the product through customs. The customer may be required to pay the import VAT. For all products shipped outside the European Union and/or French overseas departments and territories, the price is automatically calculated exclusive of tax on the invoice. Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:

The use of these two products (the 24k gold serum and the collagen masks) may cause burning, itching, allergic reactions or if your skin does not support the product.
